Terms and Conditions:

  1. This package and/or offer is valid for married or cohabiting couples with proof of the same address traveling together or single females.
  2. Vacationers must be between the ages of 25 and 79 years old.
  3. Vacationers must be employed at the time of presentation with a minimum combined annual household income of $50,000 per year if married, cohabiting or retired. Single females must have a minimum annual household income of $50,000 per year and must be employed at the time of your presentation. (Exceptions may be made for vacationers with a minimum combined annual income of less than $50,000.) Vacationers must not be in active bankruptcy or must not have been discharged from bankruptcy within the past three (3) years.
  4. Vacationers must attend a minimum 90-minute Vacation Interval Ownership presentation. Presentations may take 120-minutes or possibly more, depending on level of interest and questions asked. If married, both husband and wife, or cohabiters must attend together. Vacationers will be charged full price for accommodations and any gifts they received if they fail to qualify or take this presentation.
  5. This package and/or offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more families traveling together or meeting at the same resort within seven (7) days of one another, using a Grand Crowne Resorts, Surrey Vacation Resorts, Inc. or Surrey Leisure Plan package, regardless of where the package was obtained.
  6. This package and/or offer is void to employees of Grand Crowne Resorts, Grand Crowne Corporation, their affiliated companies and their immediate families, and previous participants of Grand Crowne Resorts promotions in Branson within the past 12 months and in Pigeon Forge within the past 6 months.
  7. After 14 days from purchase, this package and/or offer is non-refundable. To cancel package and/or offer within 14 days of purchase, you must personally speak to a compliance manager. Please call 1-800-711-9950 to make your request.
  8. Vacationers must present a valid driver's license or a government issued ID and either a major credit card or check book for identification. Debit cards and/or bank cards will not be accepted.
  9. Vacationers must be a legal U.S. resident and able to speak and understand English.
  10. Hotel Taxes, transportation, phone calls, meals, special hotel requests, pet fees, etc. (other than provided for in your package) are the responsibility of the vacationers. Pet fees for the pet friendly hotels will be paid directly to the hotel as applicable. Special room amenity requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
  11. Reservations must be received by Grand Crowne Resorts at least fifteen (15) days in advance of requested arrival date. All reservations are booked year-round on a space available basis. Some holiday and special event weekends may require an additional surcharge at the time of reservation request. Parking is for a normal family automobile. Please, no recreational vehicles.
  12. A written confirmation will be mailed within seven (7) business days after Grand Crowne Resorts receives your requested vacation dates. All confirmations are based on availability.
  13. This package and/or offer expires 12 months from the date of package and/or offer purchase. Travel must be completed by expiration date.
  14. All gifting may be substituted with a gift of equal or greater value, if a gift is not available. Gifting may be subject to change and is based upon availability.
  15. Once arrival dates have been reserved, you must notify us of any changes at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Changes concerning your package will not be accepted after normal business hours. Business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, CST. Failure to contact us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival will result in the charge of full rack room rate for all nights reserved. Rack rate is determined by lodging company and is seasonal.
  16. Confirmed dates may be changed once at no additional charge. Grand Crowne Resorts must be notified at least 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival dates and fifteen (15) days in advance of new requested arrival dates. A $30.00 fee will be applied for any additional date changes.
  17. If vacationers do not meet the Terms and Conditions of this offer and arrive in Branson, MO or Pigeon Forge, TN without notifying Grand Crowne Resorts, this package and/or offer will be considered void and non-refundable. Vacationers will be charged full price for accommodations and any gifts they received if they fail to qualify and/or take this presentation.
  18. This package and/or offer is subject to availability. Grand Crowne Resorts is licensed for Vacation Interval Ownership sales in Missouri and Tennessee. This is not an offer to sell to residents of any state in which registration has not been completed.
  19. Grand Crowne Resorts is not responsible for any oral or written statements not included in this package.
  20. This package and/or offer may be transferred to a person who meets all qualifications. All transfer requests must be in writing and include the name, tour number, email address, and phone number of the original owner, as well as the name, address, email address, and phone number of the person the package is being transferred to.
  21. This material is being used to promote and sell Vacation Interval Ownership interests.
  22. Vacationers give express permission and agree to be contacted by telephone, e-mail and/or regular mail for the purpose of promoting the sale of vacation packages and tours of timeshare properties including but not limited to Pigeon Forge, TN, and/or Branson, MO by Surrey Vacation Resorts, Inc., its affiliated companies and third-party companies who make similar vacation offers. Vacationers acknowledge that participation in this promotion supersedes any in-house, state or national no-call list.
  23. All tour time requests are on a first come, first served basis. Fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival, you will receive a confirmation call during which your presentation time will be assigned. Changes may be requested at the time of check-in, such requests are based on availability of other tour times.
  24. Please check-in at the Grand Crowne Resorts Welcome Center located at 3000 Green Mountain Drive, Suite 101, Branson, MO 65616 upon arrival in Branson, prior to checking in at your accommodations. The Welcome Center telephone number is (417) 336-3605.
  25. Grand Crowne Resorts is a member of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and is registered with the states of AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, and WI.
